With a passion for coaching entrepreneurs to align their businesses with spiritual values, Brent brings decades of experience from the worlds of journalism, law, consulting, and digital transformation. He is the founder and guiding force behind Faith Builder.
Professional Journey
- Media & Publishing: Brent began his entrepreneurial path in journalism, founding and running local newspapers where he learned the power of storytelling, impact, and community.
- Legal & Government Service: Brent is a former Congressional staffer and former federal prosecutor. In Congress, Brent helped author the North Korean Human Rights Act, The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2003, The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005, The William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, Advance Democracy Act of 2007, among others. As a federal prosecutor, Brent was Coordinator of the Southern District of Florida’s Human Trafficking Task Force, where he helped direct efforts to combat sex trafficking and forced labor.
- Consulting & Strategy: Transitioning into business consulting, he helped organizations clarify vision, streamline operations, and define values—often bridging the gap between faith-based leadership and market demands.
- Digital Transformation: Most recently, Brent founded and leads several businesses transforming financial processes in the wake of artificial intelligence, assisting companies to ethically transform and automate their businesses.

Brent has witnessed first-hand how vision aligned with God’s purposes produces sustainable, meaningful success—and how ventures driven by profit alone often fall short. This lesson fuels his devotion to helping fellow entrepreneurs build Kingdom-centered businesses.
He earned degrees in both Business and Law, and continues to serve as both a trusted coach and accountability partner, empowering leaders to operate with integrity in the marketplace.
