Over the years, I’ve launched and led all kinds of businesses — from publishing newspapers to building a law firm, running a business consultancy, and growing a digital marketing agency. Some of those ventures flourished. Others failed. And the difference, I’ve learned, was not luck or timing — it was vision. The businesses that prospered were the ones rooted in a purpose bigger than profit. They aligned with God’s values: serving others, building with integrity, and glorifying Him. The ventures that collapsed? They were often driven by money, ego, or ends that, in hindsight, had nothing to do with God’s will.
